Merchant Board — voting seats

The merchants who run it.

Payments operators from some of the most recognizable merchants in the world. All volunteer, all practitioners. The Merchant Board holds voting rights and the four executive seats: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Lifetime achievement

Eagle advisors.

A lifetime-achievement advisor role to the Merchant Board. An Eagle must have served a full term, with at least two years on the Executive Committee, and continue to serve the payments industry after their time on the board.

Advisory Board — non-voting seats

Industry experts across the ecosystem.

Networks, processors, gateways, and solution providers who guide the scope of the organization and shape the content of the annual forum. Approved by the Merchant Board. No voting privileges, full participation in forum content, programs, and policy.

Want to sit on this board?

Merchant and Advisory seats are reviewed year-round. Merchant seats are open to practitioners at merchant organizations of any size; Advisory seats cover networks, processors, gateways, and solution providers.
