Dnyanavi Jogewar (DJ)

DJ is a San Francisco-based data and payments leader with more than a decade of experience across fintech, data science, and analytics. She leads a Performance Optimization team at Adyen, partnering with enterprise customers to understand their payment challenges and turn data and insights into measurable improvements through experimentation and scalable solutions. With nearly half a decade focused on payments, DJ works at the intersection of data, customer needs, and payment strategy, with experience spanning authorization optimization, authentication, tokenization, fraud and risk, cost optimization, and local acquiring across global markets.

DJ is drawn to payments by its complexity and the constant opportunity to learn. A customer challenge can shift from authentication nuances across markets to balancing fraud and conversion or navigating local acquiring dynamics, reinforcing that payment optimization is rarely one-size-fits-all. She particularly enjoys translating these complex problems into practical strategies that create meaningful outcomes for customers.

Outside of work, DJ enjoys exploring new bike trails with her husband and two boys. She also loves cooking and baking, especially experimenting with healthier versions of her favorite recipes.
