About

William Tull is a Global Payments and Transformational Sales Leader with over 20 years of proven success in the banking and electronic payments industry. He has partnered with many of the top 100 global ecommerce merchants and the Big 4 consulting firms to accelerate growth and maximize revenue across domestic and international markets.

Currently, Tull is the Chief Partner & Channel Officer at Sticky.io, where he leads strategy, partnerships, sales, product strategy, and go-to-market execution for Sticky’s Recovery solution and Payment Orchestration business. In this role, he helps clients minimize churn, maximize revenue, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Sticky.io, Tull held senior leadership roles across the payments and fintech space. As VP of Strategy, Partnerships, and Strategic Sales at Vindicia, he forged high-impact partnerships with industry giants like Accenture, Deloitte, JP Morgan, and Visa.

Before that, he led the Subscription and Fintech Partnerships team at ACI Worldwide, advancing verticals in digital payments, subscriptions, and BNPL product development. At Worldline, he launched the first global B2B platform and BNPL product, helping merchants scale internationally.

Earlier in his career, Tull worked with JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup. At JPMorgan, he advised Fortune 50 companies on merchant services. While at Citigroup, he was the top lending sales executive companywide and successfully led his office to the #1 ranking nationally.

Beyond his professional achievements, he’s an active community leader, serving as a youth coach and a VP of the PTSA for his school district. Tull holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University and lives in Metro Detroit with his wife, Dr. Janay Tull, a Chief Nursing Officer at Henry Ford Health Systems, and their three children: Jayden, Brayden, and Braxton.
