Liz Garner Divelbiss

Liz Garner Divelbiss is a payments and commerce executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, public policy, and payment innovation across retail and ecommerce. She currently serves as Head of Payments & Gift Cards at Chewy, leading payment strategy and customer payment experiences for one of the largest online pet retailers in the U.S. Previously, she held leadership roles at Amazon and CMSPI payments advisors, focusing on payments strategy, acceptance, and industry collaboration. Liz has also been deeply involved in trade associations and faster payments initiatives, serving on the U.S. Faster Payments Council Board of Directors and the PaymentsEd Board of Advisors. Liz lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and two golden retrievers.
