Mike Miller

Mike Miller is the Vice President of Network Policy & Standards leads a team of professionals who create and evolve payment standards, develop technical specifications, and policy (operating rules) for American Express’ Network business to support emerging products and capabilities, protect the Amex brand, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.. In his 15 years at Amex, he has also worked in merchant capabilities and customer service operations in jobs in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He also spent 7 years working as a professional services consultant in the Higher Education space prior to joining Amex.
