Matthew Moore is Treasury Consultant at The Ohio State University, where he leads digital payment acceptance strategy and PCI compliance. Sitting at the intersection of treasury, accounting, IT and risk has given him an excellent perspective on how interconnection between departments can improve overall operations.

With prior roles at the Ohio Department of Education, UNC Health Care, and Auburn University, Matthew brings broad experience navigating the complexities of institutions that span multiple lines of business. His current focus is balancing decentralized operations with the need for enterprise-wide visibility in a higher education environment. He is also a certified PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA).
