James Breen

James Breen is a payments professional with deep expertise across the dispute and chargeback ecosystem. As Product Manager, Payments at Verra Mobility, a leader in smart mobility technology, he oversees the end-to-end payments lifecycle, including authorization, chargeback prevention, and dispute management.
Prior to joining Verra Mobility, James spent five years at Verifi, where he helped build and launch Order Insight, one of the industry’s leading dispute-resolution solutions. Having worked on both the merchant and network sides of the payments industry, he brings a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing organizations as they seek to reduce chargebacks and improve customer outcomes.
James continues to work closely with card networks, issuers, acquirers, and payment partners, providing him with firsthand insight into the evolving payments landscape and dispute lifecycle.
