Session Description

AI is reshaping commerce, and preparing for it requires far more than backbook readiness and bot detection. For card-on-file (COF) merchants, the conversation is moving deeper—into identity, orchestration, data transparency, and the evolving role of autonomous agents across merchant ecosystems.
Join us for a candid discussion on agentic commerce: the emerging protocols, token models, and authentication frameworks that are redefining how merchants interact with customers and process payments across channels. We’ll examine what these changes mean for identity, trust, data visibility, and the future of the customer relationship.
Beyond the idea of the “bot buyer,” we’ll also explore how forward-thinking merchants are deploying internal AI agents and automated workflows to improve operations, streamline decision-making, and create competitive advantage.
