As Executive Director of PaymentsEd, Jennifer brings a unique blend of marketing, operations, education, and community-building experience. She spent over a decade at Silhouette America, where she drove content strategy and directed large-scale events, leading the cross-functional teams behind the multi-million-dollar global brand. She also partnered closely with the executive team on performance planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, including leading the company’s migration of their platform to improve operations and the customer experience.
Jennifer brings a strong focus on mentorship and team development, creating environments where people feel supported and can grow. She is also passionate about community, with years of involvement in nonprofit fundraising and initiatives at Thanksgiving Point.
In her downtime, Jennifer can be found baking, taking photos or planning her next Disney vacation.
