Annual Forum Call For Presentations

If you are submitting and managing the presentation submission process on behalf of another person, you will need to create the account using the Author name and email address. You will also need to select a password for the submission. Your information as the person managing the submission should be entered as a Co-Author. In the Bio Section please note that you have submitted this presentation on behalf of and list the name of the Primary Speaker. This will allow you to receive emails concerning the submission and address any question the reviewers may have.

Multiple presentations can be submitted on the same topic or multiple topics. Just hit the Submit presentation button and the information on the first page Speaker Details will pre-populate. When you move to the Enter Session Detail page it will be blank and you will fill in the information on the next presentation.

After submitting each presentation you will receive and email with a confirmation number for the submission.  Please keep this email in a safe place as you will need the confirmation number to make changes and added additional information.
